Effie is a skilled designer who makes beautiful, stylish feminine dresses. She's also very friendly and welcoming, such that my partner now loves coming to her boutique wth me. Whenever I'm in Melbourne I pop into her boutique and come away with gorgeous new pieces. Last time we visited there was only one dress Ieft in the design I liked and she resized it and posted it to me interstate. Above and beyond! Thanks Effie.
