For reliability and security Mazi uses Australia Post.

*We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
Transit Times:
Throughout Australia, normal delivery will be within 1-2 business days from the day of purchase. We recommend a work address; as we have found this to be more convenient. Once your item(s) has been dispatched, Mazi is not responsible for delays in shipping.
Please note that delivery of your package relies on how fast it passes through customs. From time to time international customs can hold up a package for several weeks and we have no control over this and cannot predict how long this can take.
Can I track my package online?
A tracking code is available upon request: an email will be sent to you confirming your tracking number: for domestic or international orders, you can log on to www.auspost.com.au/track/ and track your package.
Refused Shipments:
Should you refuse your package you will be responsible for all shipping, taxes, duties, and customs charges plus a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Customs and Duties:
Your order may be subject to import tax, duties or customs which may levied once your shipment reaches your country. Mazi is not responsible for charges imposed by your country. You will be responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance.
