Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Mazi must be notified by email on customercare@mazi.com.au of an exchange within 2 days of you receiving your item. You will have to quote your receipt number and have the item sent back to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. The item must be unworn and have the tags still attached or it will NOT be accepted. If the size is sold out you will receive an online credit to be spent within three months.

The customer will pay for the additional shipping charges, we will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was faulty.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were not purchased on www.mazi.com.au

Purchase made on this website cannot be returned to Mazi stores.

If an item is “On Sale” there is NO refund for change of size, we do NOT refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

We are not able to reimburse you for an amount greater than your original purchase amount. In the instance stock may not be available for your exchange request you will receive a store credit valid for 6 months.

We recommend that all packages be sent to a company address for faster delivery. If, delivering to a home address and the parcel is undelivered and needs to be resent, the customer will be charged an additional postage and handling fee of $15.

*We do not deliver to PO Boxes, as a signature is required on delivery.

While we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the shipping process.

In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Mazi is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.

The online voucher that is issued for a return can only be used at mazi.com.au

We will refund in event that the goods purchase are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a manufacturing fault, this will be determined on return of the item.

*All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

It is important to us that your return/exchange be as pleasant and hassle free as possible, please make sure that we receive your return within 14 days from the date on the sales receipt, you will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item and then you will be credited the purchase amount. If you are doing an exchange you are also responsible for the shipping costs of the new item back to you. Please return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, Items must be unworn and have original tags still attached.

If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect please email us on customercare@mazi.com.au

Refunds will only be made upon receip of the merchandise.

Mazi is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the merchandise during return shipping.

*Product, in which any modification was made upon the request of the customer, cannot be returned.
